As you may know, back in the late 80's, a strange mutation seemed to surface amongst human populations. Deformities, the authorities called it, and called for a cull on all 'mutated beings'. In fact, such beings have been in existance for many years. They are known as elementals. Little did the public know, or the authorities for that matter, that a secret school was set up for Elementals to learn how to harness their powers, and it has remained hidden ever since.
We have recieved information to suggest that you have certain abilities that we are interested in and we would like to offer you a place at Shahin Heights, a secret, elemental academy. Here, you can learn how to control many great powers and learn many important skills. If you wish, you may simply shred this letter and throw it away. However, if you wish to visit the academy and find out more, simply burn this litter as a signal. You will be collected from your home at midnight tomorrow - remember, you may have contact with your family but no-one else must be informed of this. And most improtantly, be prepared.
Yours Sincerely,
The Headmaster of Shahin Heights.

[I Think Not.]
The third year heaved a sigh of frustration as she lay slumped across one of the library's tables. She glared at the wall on her left, head rested on her folded arms. Not many thoughts passed through her brain, just the constant nagging of wanting to be with her siblings, and not here. She felt guilty about it, even though it would never show. Lilix didn't like to feel weak, and she knew what girls were like, and how they could twist guilt and use it against you in many ways.
She didn't like girls very much, first with her mum, then with her little sister...Not that she hated her little sister, but her annoyingness added to the hate. Growing up with five brothers probably had an impact, too. She found boys less petty, girls were always bitchy and nasty, whereas most boys were just straight with you.
Ofcourse, Lilix liked to look pretty, but she'd rahter hang out with a bunch of laid-back lads, than have to listen to the constant bitching of girls. To be honest, she thought of herself as a bit of a lad, seeing as they never seemed to understand girls. Obviously she would die if she thought she looked like one, but yes, personality wise she wasn't as nasty as some girls.
Lilix was a bit of an obnoxious brat though, she was selfish and rebellious, and would go out her way to annoy a teacher. That was her protection, that was what she hid behind. It wasn't obvious though, infact, she was such a good liar only her siblings knew what she was really like. Deep down.
Waaaay deep.
Lilix heaved another sigh, and sat up straight, looking rather dopey. She blinked, her eyelids heavy from her lack of sleep. She crash back down onto the desk, to tired to feel the pain on her cheek as she did do. Her necklaces rattled, and dug into her neck, but she didn't care. Bored and tired, not a good mix.
Lilix wore a grey singlet, which she had ripped slightly, exposing the bottom half of her slender stomach. Black three-quarter pants, with various cuts and chains hanging from them hung from her hips, and grey and black rocket dogs shoes clung to her feet.
Her long blonde hair enclosed her, falling over her face so she couldn't see. She raised a hand slowly and pushed it from infrtonf of he eyes, then sat up straight and leaned back in her chair, folding her arms over her bare stomach, feeling a little cold.
She bent down on the floor and grabbed a smal rucksack, from which she hauled a black jacket, and hastilty put it on, before glancing around to see if anyone else was as bored as she was.

Gwenhwyfar stood facing one of the tall, imposing bookshelves. She ran her purple and red painted nails along the row of books as her eyes scanned the titles. Her long black skirt was ruffled on the hem and swept over the floor, hiding her worn-to-death sandals. She wore a bright blue dress shirt with the collar popped and unbuttoned, revealing a hot pink tank top. Her figure was curvy and sturdy, without any frailness. Her blonde hair was pulled back into two stubby pigtails. She smiled as she pulled a thick book from the shelf, exposing her blue and green banded braces. Gwen turned her head as she heard the girl at the other end of the aisle get up from her table. "Finally awaken, huh?" she chuckled. Her speech had a slight lisp to it from the braces and a Minnesotan accent.
