As you may know, back in the late 80's, a strange mutation seemed to surface amongst human populations. Deformities, the authorities called it, and called for a cull on all 'mutated beings'. In fact, such beings have been in existance for many years. They are known as elementals. Little did the public know, or the authorities for that matter, that a secret school was set up for Elementals to learn how to harness their powers, and it has remained hidden ever since.
We have recieved information to suggest that you have certain abilities that we are interested in and we would like to offer you a place at Shahin Heights, a secret, elemental academy. Here, you can learn how to control many great powers and learn many important skills. If you wish, you may simply shred this letter and throw it away. However, if you wish to visit the academy and find out more, simply burn this litter as a signal. You will be collected from your home at midnight tomorrow - remember, you may have contact with your family but no-one else must be informed of this. And most improtantly, be prepared.

Looks: Lets just say hair jell is Axels best friend. He likes to keep his hair style unique just to stand out a little. As for what’s in his closet... it mainly consists of (drum role please) BLACK. Everything her wears from his socks and shoes to his nail polish and eye liner is black. His shirts are mainly band tees and dark graphics. Around the lower portion of his body he likes to where skinny jeans.
Some describe his facial appearance as feminism (because of the eyeliner).Others describes his facial expression as stone cold. This combination makes for a right scary looking teenager. It’s true he could wear a little less eyeliner or even learn to smile a bit. But the chances of that are pretty slim. Axle likes the way he looks and won’t change it for anyone. Why should he change himself to fit other peoples fancy? All in all he has the emo/scene kid look mixed with the “mess with me I’ll mess you up” look making one big giant kid named Axel.
Personality: Axel is a quite person who doesn’t like to be bothered (by anyone). He works hard and gets above average grades. His expectations for himself are abnormally high for someone his age. He thinks that’s why he does to well. He likes people to know as little about him as possible any yet some how the whole school knows everything about him. He hates it when some random chick comes up and asks him about like on the streets than goes on to tell him how hot she thinks it is. Every time he just walks way, he doesn’t have to waist his time on some horny girl. Axel is in no way bothered by what people say but dislikes when people talk about when they don’t thing he can hear. Some times he just wants to turn around and ask what their problem is.
Out of all the kids at the school (and there is a lot) he only speaks to a few of them. But the ones that know him know that he is not all business all the time. He can throw a good party (if he says so himself). He likes to be around people he can trust because that’s face it looking back on things he really didn’t have anybody to trust growing up. When he isn’t studying for a test, or throwing a party he can usually be found wandering off by himself just thinking about life in general. Thinking about his parents and life before this school reminds him about why he is here. After school he hopes to become the lead singer for a popular rock band, but if that doesn’t work out he may have a future as a business tycoon.
History: Axel came from a home in which he has happy to be an only child, because no kid deserves to go through what he went through. In the dictionary the definition for parent is: A guardian; a protector. Axels “parents” definitely did not fit that definition. His father spent all day banging bar maids while his mother sat at home and complained about it. When she wasn’t complaining she was abusing him and I don’t mean slapping him hear and there, he wished that’s all she did, no I mean hardcore mental and physical abuse. He just took it and didn’t say anything and he regrets it. Axle was always jumpy and when his teachers asked him about the cuts and burses that sometimes covered his whole body, he would say he was just playing in a tree and fell.
When Axel was ten he decided that he didn’t have to deal with it anymore and spent most of his days (and nights) on the streets. That’s when he became more than just an innocent little boy. He became hard and mean; he lied, cheated and stole. But than something happened… he got addicted to drugs. He no longer went back home, instead he sleep in the apartments of young girls, or more like sleep in the beds of young girls. By this time his need for drugs was manifesting its self into a big problem that was spinning out of control. He was doing anything to get his hands on drugs; he broke into peoples houses and soled their things, ratted out other druggies for reward money. He was doing anything and everything for drugs and that’s how he got arrested. He was caught buying drugs in an undercover drug bust.
After coming home from three years in Juvenile Detention the world as he knew it had ceased to exits. He came home to a dead father, a drug addicted mother, a workaholic step-father, a step-brother who was an elemental and just happened to become his best friend. Apparently his father had hung himself because he couldn’t take anything anymore. As for his mother well she was still a child abuser the only thing was now she was high when she tried to hit him. The first time she tried to hit him was the biggest mistake of her life. He was on the phone with the cops faster than she could snort a pound. Now Axel we pretty much an orphan with no place to go but up. Axel decided to go back to regular school and turn his life around.
